The Winair Companies

Each Winair company is a separate corporation, as are all "Win" companies. Each company manager has the opportunity to be a significant stockholder in the company that he or she manages and to be the president of that corporation. Each company president manages his or her own company, with complete responsibility for it and full authority within it, limited only by that company's board of directors. Company presidents are responsible for their companies' personnel, finances, credit management, sales and marketing strategy, purchasing decisions, and many other policies that a "branch manager" would not necessarily be concerned with.
