WinWholesale Sourcing Services negotiates, develops and maintains national buying agreements for all industries served by WinWholesale. These buying agreements could be any one or a combination of Preferred Supplier, Sole Source, Group Buying, Distribution Center, or Preferred Service Partner programs.
Sole Source
On occasion, WinWholesale corporate management decides that sole sourcing a commodity from one supplier is strategically necessary due to market conditions, pricing pressure or a consolidation of vendors. WinWholesale Sourcing Services evaluates the market, negotiates added incentives for WinWholesale and chooses the best sole source partner.
Preferred Suppliers
Preferred Supplier programs are structured to offer each independent Local WIN Company the buying advantages of the WinWholesale organization’s total volume. WinWholesale Sourcing Services leverages the purchasing volume of the WinWholesale organization. The results are often enhanced payment terms, return programs, freight terms, co-op advertising allowances and volume incentives.
Distribution Centers
Distribution Centers help Local WIN Companies manage their inventory to its fullest efficiency. WinWholesale Sourcing Services purchases in multiple truckload quantities and redistributes the material in smaller quantities to Local WIN Companies at market competitive pricing. By utilizing the distribution centers, Local WIN Companies hold less inventory, turn it more frequently and therefore raise their ROI.
Group Buying
Group Buying offers the buying advantage of truckload purchasing for less than truckload quantities. WinWholesale Sourcing Services pools the commodity requirements of the Local
